There is an error in your data: the Canadian province of Alberta has 0% sales tax/VAT, NOT 5%.

Starting from 2019 VAT in Russia increased from 18% to 20%.

The US state rates break down even further by postal code in some states too, so California could be 9% or 8.5% depending on the address. (Not sure I’ve seen 6.5% though.)

Just to share, in the Philippines VAT rate is 12% except for export sales and other zero-rated sales which is 0%.
