I am trying to figure out how to cancel a recurring charge to my bank account. The main site is not user friendly and I am in the United States. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
admin says
Sorry not much we can do as you’d have to contact the merchant and/or PayLane directly.

Very bad service. Friday 26 June 2020 they blocked the card processing with one hour before their working hours. Reason being that they were using wirecard for processing the cards.
They didn’t provided any explanation, any ETA to migrate to another acquiring bank, noting. If you call their call center will tell you that will take 1-2 days, if you ask your account manager he is telling that there is no ETA.

I forgot to mention that 1 day before the close we asked them if wirecard will affect them. They told us that there is nothing to worry !
Beside this issue I need to say they have an amazing API, nice website but terrible support. No way to track the tickets opened, In case something is not working they cannot fix, for example:
– sometimes users complains that after they complete the 3d secure they are redirected to paylane internal server error page. This was never fixed.
– we had users from big companies which couldn’t pay because of their anti-fraud system. We sent them proofs that the IP’s from where payment comes are not Anonymous Proxy but only reply was: “Works as intended” :))
– there is no support over the weekends or outside working hour. Two year ago they had a downtime friday night which was fixed on Monday :). Nobody monitored the system seems.
