Instabill was founded in London in 2001 by its present CEO, Jason Field. Mr Field wanted to assist merchants in obtaining high-risk and offshore credit card processing solutions. The company began with a staff of four, two acquiring banks and just over 20 merchant accounts.
In 2006, Mr Field and Instabill relocated to Portsmouth, New Hampshire, USA. It also has offices in Port Louis, Mauritius. Instabill has now expanded to include medium and low risk merchant accounts in many industries from travel to online gaming. The company now employs nearly 20 professionals who, together with Mr Field, are striving to remain on the cutting edge of the electronic transactions industry.
Instabill’s merchant accounts now number over 12,000, most of whom are high-risk merchants.
The few reviews that are online for Instabill, are generally complaints regarding withheld funds. Most of these complaints are over six years old. The only positive reviews are on Instabill’s website. Given the lack of reviews, it’s not possible to give an informative Merchant Machine review on Instabill at this time.
